Deep Dive Series
A series of virtual convenings for the procurement, sustainability, and advocacy communities, focused on the power of sustainable procurement
As the world begins to see a glimmer of light at the end of this crisis year, sustainable procurement has never been more important.
2020’s breakdown of global supply chains made sustainable procurement’s powerful potential more visible than ever before.
For most organizations, the environmental and social impacts of their supply chains dwarf those of their operations - so change must happen there to meet the ambitious climate, sustainability and equity commitments being made.
To ensure that our community’s ambitions meet the moment, the SPLC has designed three Deep Dive virtual events to inspire, inform, and engage sustainable procurement professionals and our colleagues in learning and planning for change.
The Series
May 26 * July 22 * September 29
12:00 - 5:00 pm ET
The SPLC Deep Dive Virtual Event Series - with 3 half-day events scheduled in May, July and September - offers attendees the opportunity to gain inspiration, and turn that inspiration into action through workshops, training and deep discussion with peers from the public, private, and educational procurement, and advocacy communities.
Each Deep Dive event combines 1) an inspiring keynote, 2) a panel of pragmatic changemakers sharing their successes and challenges, and 3) an afternoon choice of interactive breakout workshops facilitated by experts and peers. All workshops are eligible for continuing education credits towards recertification for ISM certification programs.
Registration details
To ensure the widest possible participation, and thanks to our Sponsors, all Keynote and Panel sessions are open to anyone (free for SPLC members, $25 for non-members). Advance registration is required.
